It’s natural that JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, which covers eight separate stories over hundreds of chapters and has been continuously published for over 30 years, would have more characters than it knows what to do with. And if we factor in mangaka Araki’s notorious forgetfulness, we’re left with dozens of interesting heroes and villains who didn’t get enough time to shine.
